Terrence J. Edwards is a registered patent attorney, whose practice focuses on intellectual property matters, including: patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing and unfair competition. He has been practicing intellectual property law since graduating from law school in 2001.
Current and Former Positions: Mr. Edwards came to TechLaw Ventures from a Salt Lake City boutique intellectual property law firm specializing exclusively on patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing and unfair competition, where he was an income partner since 2007.
Education: Mr. Edwards holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University, and a J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College where he served as a research editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review.

Admissions and Memberships: Mr. Edwards is admitted to the Utah State Bar. He is also a registered patent attorney admitted to practice with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Edwards practices before the Utah Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Utah, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the Utah Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association .
